Nutrition isn’t all about the calories.
“Oh, look at this. It’s a healthy chocolate bar - only 90 calories!”
Um, not necessarily. Read the label.
“I had the unhealthiest lunch ever - I think there was about 400 calories in that grilled chicken and avocado wrap.”
How healthy something is has little to do with its calorie count, and more to do with the nutritents you take from it.
People really need to learn to see the bigger picture.
